Management Rotation Program (MRP)
The goal of our MRP is to attract experienced (minimum 3 years business experience), high-potential Masters/MBA upcoming graduates to develop them into future leaders within Boehringer Ingelheim. The MRP provides candidates with broad exposure while building depth within a track to accelerate individual development with the intention of assuming key roles upon program graduation.

It is a customized leadership rotational program matching the needs of the individual MRP candidate with the business and needs of Boehringer Ingelheim.

The program consists of a minimum of 3 rotations in various business areas within 2-3 years.

Rotations may include exposure to various US operations/locations.

International assignments may also be considered during the course of the rotational program.
