Our total reward package comprises of 3 main components:

  • Contractual base salary
  • Bonus scheme that rewards you for your individual or team contribution to our strategy as well as rewarding you based on how well the Company does
  • Benefit programme which is flexible and designed to support you and your family, including access to healthcare, well-being programme, pension plan membership, childcare support and time off

Below is a list of some of our benefits that complement our Reward package!

Company Car

The company offers a competitive and flexible company car scheme for eligible roles.  All employees are able to charge their electric vehicles free of charge at Our Head Office.

Annual Leave

You are entitled to 25 days, pro rata for part time per calendar year, plus bank holidays. As your length of service increases so does your entitlement up to 30 days a year.

Pension Scheme

You can choose to join a contributory pension scheme. You can choose your investment options and contribution levels which are then further enhanced by generous company contributions, the core contribution of which is doubled by the company, up to a maximum of 12%.

Life Assurance

All new employees are covered by a non-contributory death in service benefit equal to four times base salary with the option to increase or decrease within the Flex Scheme.

Private Healthcare

All employees are offered free private medical healthcare. This can be taken up as Single cover or you may choose to include your family. This choice is made within the Flex Scheme.

Maternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave

We offer an enhanced policy for employees who have been with the company for more than a year which allows the mother, adopter or father (shared with the mother) to take leave of up to one year with enhanced financial assistance. This is in recognition of the importance of retaining our employees in all areas of our business.

Flexible Benefits

You are able to tailor your benefits package to suit your own personal circumstances by choosing those you wish to take up. The benefits covered by the scheme include, amongst others,  dental, health screening, buying and selling holidays, retail vouchers and Critical illness insurance.

Flexitime

We are committed to developing a family friendly environment for our employees. Flexitime helps people to balance the demands of home and working life. Although flexitime is not contractual, the scheme aims to cover all full and where possible, part-time employees, in most office based positions. Based on the current plan we offer up to 12 flexi days a year.

Restaurant and Coffee Shop

We have a subsidised restaurant with a wide range of alternative hot and cold meal options and coffee shop located at head office and members of the field force receive a luncheon allowance.

Wellbeing Subsidy

To promote a healthy mind and body, a subsidy of up to £300 gross per year is offered to each employee to be used towards participation in an activity or service which supports learning, mental and/or physical wellbeing.

Employee Assistance Programme

The Employee Assistance Programme is offered to all employees and their families. It is a counselling and advisory service with highly trained specialists providing confidential counselling and advice to help our employees work through any difficult or complex issues they may be experiencing in their work or personal lives. Specialists are able to help with financial and legal matters or work and personal issues.
