Hello, my name is Karla Alvarez and I joined Boehringer Ingelheim a little bit over a year ago. Since I have been working here as the end-to-end web service owner. I am based in Barcelona, but I am originally from Puerto Rico. Barcelona it's a wonderful city. Not only it is pretty, but we get sun almost all year round.

Working for Boehringer Ingelheim has allowed me to grow as a professional. Not only have I learned a lot, but I have also met many wonderful colleagues across the globe. There are two things that I love the most about working in Boehringer Ingelheim, the international environment, and the fact that my ideas are not only heard but challenged and oftentimes implemented.
