Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 24-months functional "International Trainee Programme" (ITP). It is designed to provide the suitable candidate with a broad development opportunity. Upon successful completion of the programme, a new assignment is offered with the Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation.
What we offer
The International Trainee Programme can include functional trainee positions in the following areas:
- Biopharmaceuticals
- Finance & Controlling
- Human Resources
- Marketing & Sales
- Operations
- Research & Development
You will be engaged in work assignments and projects addressing real-life business challenges. Your assignments will be supported by mentors who will chart your individual development steps. Tutorials, presentations, managerial discussions and selected Boehringer Ingelheim Academy courses are an integral part of your curriculum.
Who should apply
A suitable candidate should have
- a leading university education in business administration, social/natural and/or engineering sciences, medicine
- excellent or very good examination results
- a proven track record of extracurricular activities showing leadership responsibilities
- strong communicative and interactive skills
- good team player abilities
- excellent command of English and knowledge of at least two other languages, one preferably German
- international mobility
